Christy Busacca is an internationally recognized, award-winning entrepreneur known for her strategic leadership and dynamic presence in high-level corporate environments. She currently serves as the Managing Director of A.F.F Multidimensional Nigeria Ltd, a holding company overseeing a portfolio of highly successful ventures, where she plays an active and influential role.
Driven by a deep passion for beauty and brand development, Christy founded Christy Busacca Image & Brand Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses craft compelling, market-ready brand identities.
She also holds the position of Managing Director at M.&C. Investment S.r.l, Italy, a diversified company operating across real estate, construction, manufacturing, and the marketing of cosmetics and household products. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of Moreno Group Limited, a multinational enterprise with operations in the United Kingdom, Italy, and Nigeria.
Throughout her career, Christy has consistently demonstrated a keen entrepreneurial spirit and a talent for brand innovation, solidifying her reputation as a visionary leader in both corporate and creative industries.

In her resilience and passion to impact her world, Christy firmly believes that healthy skin is a reflection of overall wellness. This fuels her passion to go beyond the discourse of business to effectively help people of color discover and maintain the integrity of their skin.
With her extensive expertise, Christy became the main brain behind the Modify brand, a subsidiary of an Italian skincare line focused on people of color.
Her brand’s message is that black is beautiful and that there are safe and healthy ways to achieve glowing, clearer skin. She achieves this by developing cutting-edge products that are suited to the unique nature of melanin skin. It is no surprise that she headed and still is heading many executive positions throughout her career as an entrepreneur.
SOCIAL IMPACT
As part of her commitment to corporate social responsibility, Christy Busacca established the Christy Busacca Foundation, an initiative dedicated to the empowerment and rebranding of African women and the girl child. Through this foundation, Christy champions causes that uplift, educate, and create sustainable opportunities for marginalized communities across the continent.
Her philanthropic efforts have made a tangible impact. One of her notable contributions includes supporting Mo Abudu’s Inspire Africa Foundation, where she funded the construction of a purpose-built 100-bed rehabilitation home for abused children and disempowered women in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Christy has also organized and sponsored high-impact events such as the All-Star Veteran Fundraiser March in Abuja, Nigeria — a charitable initiative to support underprivileged communities. Her generosity extends to supporting multiple charity homes and national events, including sponsorship of the Nigerian female football team (Super Falcons) and the fan club at the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Germany (2011), among numerous others.
Her unwavering dedication to social development has earned her multiple prestigious awards in recognition of both her professional accomplishments and humanitarian contributions.
